Inquiry privacy notice
Effective 31 October 2026
When you submit a Spot Offers inquiry, Oman Petro receives the name, company, email, phone number, quantity/destination and message you provide, together with the offer reference and submission time.
How we use your details
We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, confirm availability and maintain related business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or place an order.
Storage and delivery
The inquiry service is hosted on Google Apps Script. Inquiries are recorded in Oman Petro's private Google spreadsheet and sent to info@omanpetro.com. The email address you provide is included as Reply-To so the team can respond. Google processes the form and stores the register as the hosting provider. The public offer feed contains product information and does not expose inquiry records.
We retain inquiry records for handling the request and related business recordkeeping. Copies in email and backups can have separate retention periods. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@omanpetro.com. Please include enough information to identify your inquiry; we may need to verify the request.
Before you submit
Provide only information needed for the inquiry. Do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents or confidential third-party records through this form. If you prefer, contact us directly by email.
